I am Vicki Cochran, an experienced special education professional with over 15 years of working alongside teens and young adults with disabilities in both public and private schools throughout the Greater Boston area.
My work has always centered on supporting students with a wide range of needs—including learning disabilities, ADHD, autism, medical complexities, and physical or sensory challenges. Every student I work with brings a unique set of strengths, and I’m committed to helping those strengths lead the way.
While I specialize in transition planning for students preparing for life after high school, I have the expertise and experience to support learners at every stage—from kindergarten through adulthood. Whether developing foundational supports for younger children or navigating services of the adult world, I bring a flexible, individualized approach to each student and family I serve.
My passion lies in collaboration: working with students, families, and school teams to imagine what’s possible and ensure that IEPs and educational environments align with those goals. I’m here to help students build pathways that lead to lasting success.
