


IEP Consultation, Development &
Miscellaneous SupportThe IEP, or Individualized Educational Plan, is the core document for all students diagnosed with a disability while in school. There is no more important method for the family to review, document, and support the learning and growth needs of their student. It is key to incorporate all aspects of the disability(ies), but it is equally important to document what they do not need support and and what should be encouraged above and beyond the basics of rudimentary educational life.
My role is to review your current information, discuss with you your concerns/interests, and support you in making your vision a reality.
My services for generalized support and development include:
- General Consultation (IEP status review, transition pathway development, etc.)
- Pre-meeting Consultation
- Evaluation Review and Consultation
- Post-Meeting IEP Draft Review, Edits, and Consultation
- General Guidance for Current Programming and Future Planning

Post-Secondary Education Support
Students with disabilities who are planning to go immediately into post-secondary education (college, trade schools, and similar) often have coursework that focuses exclusively on the academic side of their needs. The scholastic program often doesn't take into account social-emotional needs, learning accommodations, housing differences, or other 'softer' skills that might be relevant.
My role is help you, the student and family, think about what is needed as part of the whole picture of what the individual needs to be successful.
My services for post-secondary education pathway support and development include:
- Initial Consultation and Planning
- Review of High School Programming and Consultation
- Review of Specific College Support Plans and Consultation
- Timeline and Logistic Planning for Pre-College Acceptances

Career & Vocational Support
Students with disabilities are often not ready or able to attend college immediately after high school. They need guidance, support, and access to educational tools that prepare them for a job, career, or other vocational opportunity.
My role is help you, the student and family, think about what is needed for them to succeed in future employment.
My services for career/vocational pathway support and development include:
- Initial Consultation and Planning
- Review of High School Programming and Consultation
- Review of Job Training Program Options and Accessibility
- Consultation and Guidance around Self-Advocacy and Disclosure to Employers
Adult Service Support
Some students with disabilities will need direct support to be successful in their daily lives. These might include supported work environments, supported housing, therapeutic interventions, and/or supported opportunities for social or recreational activities.
My role is help you, the student and family, think about what is needed as part of the whole picture of the student's adult life.
My services for adult service/program support and development include:
- Initial Consultation and Planning
- Review of High School Programming and Consultation
- Consultation and Guidance for DDS and State Agencies
- Consultation and Guidance for Adult Day Programming
- Consultation and Guidance for Social, Recreational, and/or Housing Support
