About Our Service

Vicki Cochran is a parent of and person with disabilities as well as veteran special education teacher and transition specialist helping students with disabilities and their families build successful paths to adulthood. She has fought for her child, sat in your teen's space, and designed programming as a professional.
Through Transition Readiness Assessments, Future Planning Roadmaps, and ongoing consultation, she helps students ages 12–22 prepare for college, employment, independent living, and adult life.
